Short guides to the questions behind common financial decisions.

Before your first investment

Define your goal and time horizon. List the money you may need soon and the amount you could leave invested. Read the product documents and understand how you exit.

Use the Demat, stock and SIP pages as question checklists. They are educational starting points, not personalised recommendations.

Before choosing insurance

Compare what is covered, what is excluded, when coverage starts and how a claim is made. Keep copies of the exact policy wording and your disclosures.

A cheaper premium is not automatically a better fit. Consider limits, deductibles and the risks you are trying to protect against.

How to read a projection

Every projected corpus depends on contributions, timing and an assumed return. Fees, taxes and inflation may reduce what the amount can buy.

Change one input at a time in the SIP calculator. Review both lower and higher assumptions; the calculator is not forecasting market performance.
